It is a process of adopting the revised set of bye-laws, in place of the existing set of bye-laws of the society. These are rules of action adopted by society for internal government  of society and for it’s members. These sets of laws are approved and signed by incorporators. The process of by laws adoption is includes, knowledge , persuasion, decision, implementation and confirmation.
