The applicant has to visith the government official website: https://rof.mahaonline.gov.in/IndividualRegister/IndividualRegister
and fill the form as given in form when prompted. This is followed by filling up of form A.
Once the Registrar of is satisfied that the application procedure has been duly filled with correct information, it shall record an entry in the Register of Firms and issue a Certificate of Registration to the partnership firm.
