Employment Related Notice

An Employer can send notice to an employee in a very concise and clear way. The notice states the facts of the case, the legal basis for the notice, and the demands of employer which is also signed by a lawyer. Formally speaking  a legal document issued by an employer to an employe related to service termination or end of service is Notice. This can be for various reasons. 

Notice Period in India

Notice Period letters are  exchange of letters between employer and an employee to communicate the end of service and  beginning of the notice period. It contains the date of resignation or termination, the reason for leaving organization , the duration of the notice period, and the employee’s last working day in the organization. 

The Length of Notice period in India varies form 30 days to 90 days. Generally 30 days are for freshers or newly joined staffs and 90 days for mid lever and senior level employes. However this can be reducted or extended on mutual understanding employ and employer.
